Terms and Conditions

IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described below and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, Hosting Facilities Ltd., and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("Patronim", "Patronim.com" or "we", "us", or the "Company") agrees as follows:




SERVICES: 

  1. The Contractor will provide services (the “Services”) insuring the turnover of the short-term rental property, or properties, as described below: 
    1. Property cleaning,
    2. Delivering and applying standard house textiles (see Appendix A),
    3. Delivering and applying basic amenities (see Appendix A).
  2. Quality of service: the Contractor provides trained employees and will make sure to deliver a high quality of work. If the Host is not satisfied with the quality provided by the Contractor, it is the sole responsibility of the Host to notify the Contractor in writing within 1 hour after the check-in, or within 24 hours of rendered services if no check-in, so that Contractor can return to Host’s premises to complete the job at no additional fee. Will be accepted as unsatisfactory results complaints that are generally recognized as “standard” (see Appendix A). 
  3. Exceptions:
    1. The Contractor does not perform the following tasks:

  • Window cleaning,
  • Swimming pool maintenance or cleaning,
  • Air conditioning maintenance or cleaning,
  • Property maintenance of any kind,
  • Cleaning parts or rooms not belonging to the property,
  • Post-construction cleaning,
  • Water plants,
  • Feed animals,
  • Insect, parasites, or any other infection treatment or removal.


TIME OF COMPLETION:

  1. The cleaning must be planned at least 48h before. 
  2. In case of intervention on Shabbat, or national holidays, a supplement of 30% will be charged on top of the initial price. The Host must notify the Contractor at least 4 (four) days in advance for any intervention that must be performed on Shabbat and/or holidays.
  3. Any claim done 1 hour or more after the check-in time will not be accepted, except if justified and promptly documented by the Client.


EQUIPMENT:

The Host must to provide the following equipment for the Contractor’s use when performing the Services in a property: 

  • Vacuum cleaner, 
  • Broom, 
  • Squeeze, 
  • Bucket,
  • Special cleaning products for special surface (see Appendix A).

In the event that the Host fails to provide the Contractor the aforementioned equipment in good and working conditions, it may compromise the services quality and therefore, the Contractor cannot be liable for any complaint from the Host or the Guests entering the property.



PAYMENT: 

  1. The Host shall pay the Contractor by bank wire, check or PayPal only (if the Host choose to pay by PayPal, a 4% fee will be applied) up to 3 (three) business days after the invoice has been sent. If the payment has not been executed after 3 (three) days, the Contractor shall issue a Payment reminder and request immediate payment. The Host is liable to pay the Contractor a 2% late fee if no payment has been perceived after 10 (ten) days of the invoice issuance.
  2. After 10 (ten) days of non-payment, the Contractor reserves the right to discontinue services until all payments are made in full.


FORCE MAJEURE:

In case of a force majeure such as a natural disaster, a war, earthquake, or an exceptional weather event, the Contractor may interrupt all its activity until further notice without being liable whatsoever. 

The Contractor shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstance beyond its control.



OTHER EXPENSES:

The Host shall reimburse the Contractor for any expenses made on behalf of the Host, if instructed by the Host only.



CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & DELAYS:

  1. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the previous date we shall charge 50% of the agreed rate.
  2. In case of schedule modification less than 48 hours before the date of the intervention, a 99 NIS fee will be applied.
  3. The Contractor requests to have access to the properties at the time of the performance. The Contractor will not be responsible to bring or collect or handle any set of keys, it is the Host’s responsibility to make sure the Contractor has access to the properties at the time of performance. Any property that is not accessible, or any room or part of the property that is not accessible to the Contractor, at or during the performance of the job will fall under the Host’s responsibility. The Contractor will inform the Host if access to the property is barred. If after 15 minutes, the Host fails to grant access to the property, the Contractor shall leave the premise and apply the Cancellation fee (see Appendix A).
  4. If the Host’s clients bar the Contractor to access the property, the Contractor will inform the Host, and it is the Host’s responsibility to grant access to the Contractor within 15 minutes. The Contractor will in no case request the Host’s clients to leave the premises. Past that delay, if the Host is unresponsive or if the Host’s clients still bar access to the property, the Contractor shall leave the premises and apply the Cancellation fee (see Appendix A).
  5. The Contractor reserves the right to deny services and/or terminate services because of safety concerns, financial concerns, and/or inappropriate/ uncomfortable situations at the Host’s premises.
  6. The Contractor reserves the right to reschedule cleanings with less than 24 hour notice due to inclement weather. 
  7. If the Host requests an emergency or last minute cleaning (see Appendix A), the Contractor will apply the Last Minute fee (see Appendix A).
  8. If the Host modifies the hour of the cleaning 24 hours or less prior to execution, the Contractor will apply the Modification fee (see Appendix A).


AGREEMENT TERMS:

The initial term of this agreement is 6 months from the signed date. The agreement begins on the ..…. / ..…. / ………., and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services. This agreement may be extended by written mutual agreement of the parties.


GENERAL PROVISIONS:

  1. All work shall be completed in a workmanship like manner, and if applicable, in compliance with all cleaning codes and other applicable laws.
  2. To the extent required by law all work shall be performed by individuals duly licensed and authorized by law to perform the work.
  3. The Contractor does not use ladder nor moves heavy items during a job performance.
  4. The Contractor requests that alarms are turned off for the time of cleaning. If alarms are activated and/or triggered accidentally, the Contractor is not responsible for any fees associated with and/or incurred as response to the alarm. It is the Host’s sole responsibility to deactivate and re-activate all alarms on the day of cleaning. 
  5. Every effort is made to be as careful as possible with the Host’s items. Items which are antique, irreplaceable, and/or hard to find are not covered by our breakage policy. It is the Host’s sole responsibility to remove these items prior to the job performance. The Contractor is not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation of any object on the Host’s premises. It is the Host’s sole responsibility to notify the Contractor in writing of any anomaly prior to the day of cleaning so that the Contractor may clean properly. 
  6. The Host must notify Contractor in writing within 24 hours of their most recent cleaning date to report damage, breakage and/or loss of any personal items. It is the Host’s sole responsibility to email the Contractor photos of damage, breakage and/or loss of personal items.
  7. The Contractor will do its best to notify the Host if anything seems unusual and/or broken at the property.
  8. In the event that the Contractor notifies a parasite, insect, or any other type of infection, the Contractor will notify the Host and directly leave the premise.
  9. The Contractor is not responsible for any personal items left in the properties by the Guests and/or Owners.
  10. The Host cannot, in any case, give instructions to the Contractor’s employees without prior consent from the Contractor. 
  11. The Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Host.
  12. The Contractor’s employees sent to the Host’s properties are under the Contractor’s responsibility.
  13. Any changes to this document must be signed by both the Contractor and the Host. 





APPENDIX A


Cancellation

Standard cancellation fees are 50% of the amount charged regularly.  The Contractor reserves the right to apply cancellation fees in the event that:

  1. The property is not accessible at the time of the cleaning for reasons above our control,
  2. The Host cancels a job 48 hours or less before the due date,
  3. Guests do not check out maximum 30 minutes after the hour of the planned job.


Modification

Standard modifications fees are NIS 99. The Contractor reserves the right to apply cancellation fees in the event that:

  1. The Hosts modifies the time of the cleaning 48 hours or less before the due date.


Last Minute Requests

Are considered last minute requests all cleaning requests that come 48 hours or less before the due date. A NIS 199 fee will be applied for all last minute cleaning requests.



Cleaning Standards

The Contractor shall execute cleanings according to general standard and practices applied in the market. The Contractor will do its best to deliver a property free of dust, with clean linen, and cleaned at best. The Host will understand and accept that some small imperfections may surface after a cleaning has been performed, and that some small imperfections may surface on linen as well. If any imperfection deviates from the general standards, the Contractor will send someone to correct the imperfection within 24 hours.



Special Surfaces

It is the Host’s responsibility to equip its properties with adequate products required to clean special surfaces. The Contractor is not responsible for any damage applied to these surfaces.



Standard Linen

The Contractor shall deliver and/or apply to the property standard linen. Are considered standard linen textiles that are free of stains and dry cleaned. The selection of the quality is proper to the Contractor and may slightly vary from one time to the other. The bed sheets are white, the towels are white and/or grey, the bath mat, kitchen towels, or other accessories may have different colors. Some very small stains and/or imperfections may appear on the linen.



Standard Amenities

The Contractor shall deliver and/or apply to the property standard amenities. Are considered standard amenities toilet paper, small bottles and shampoo and shower gel, small hand shampoo, trash bags, new sponge. The selection of the quality is proper to the Contractor and may slightly vary from one time to the other. The Contractor will make its best to deliver the full set of amenities at the designed properties, but an item may be missing or defective from time to time. In that event, the Contractor will do its best to deliver the missing or defective item.
